Shipping Information

At Electric Scooters London, we want your new e-scooter or e-bike to reach you quickly, safely and with clear communication at every step. This page explains how our shipping works, what to expect after you place an order, and how pre-orders and larger items are handled.

Where We Deliver

  • Mainland United Kingdom: We currently deliver to most mainland UK addresses.
  • Northern Ireland, remote areas & islands: At the moment, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, remote areas or UK islands (for example: certain Scottish Highlands postcodes, Channel Islands, Isle of Man).

If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please get in touch with us before placing an order so we can confirm.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. As a general guide:

  • In-stock e-scooters & e-bikes: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Accessories & parts: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Pre-order items: dispatched once the new stock arrives in our warehouse (see the product page for the latest ETA).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, peak periods, and other factors beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Some popular models are available for pre-order . When you place a pre-order:

  • The product page will clearly show that the item is on pre-order and provide an estimated arrival date.
  • We will keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected delivery window.
  • Your order will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives and has passed our checks.

Couriers & Tracking

  • We use reputable national couriers for e-bikes, e-scooters and larger parcels.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).
  • Tracking may take a few hours to update after the courier collects the parcel.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery costs (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • If your address may fall into a borderline or remote area, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Packaging & Assembly

  • Your e-scooter or e-bike will arrive safely boxed, either in the manufacturer's packaging or in our own shipping cartons.
  • Some basic assembly may be required (for example: fitting the handlebars, front wheel, pedals or accessories). A manual is included, and in many cases, we can also send you a setup video on request.
  • Please keep all packaging and inserts until you are sure you are happy with the product, as they may be needed if the item has to be returned.

If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

If your parcel appears damaged on delivery:

  • Ask the driver to note the damage when you sign, if possible.
  • Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging and any damage to the product.
  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue with the courier and the manufacturer.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

  • If you are not at home, the courier may leave a calling card, attempt a neighbour delivery or take the parcel to a local depot or collection point.
  • Please follow the courier's instructions to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery without contacting us may result in additional charges.

Click & Collect / In-Store Collection

If you would prefer to collect your e-scooter or e-bike from us in person, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange an appointment.

International Shipping

At the moment, our standard online checkout is focused on mainland UK deliveries only. If you are interested in shipping outside mainland UK, don't hesitate to get in touch with us with your address and the product you are interested in, and we will let you know if we can help and what the costs would be.
