Disclaimer
Electric scooters, e-bikes, and related products involve inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Riding electric scooters and e-bikes involves the risk of serious injury, including disability and death.
- Risks may arise from your actions or inactions, the actions of others, product condition, or environmental conditions.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable insurance cover where applicable.
- You must use appropriate protective equipment (e.g., helmet, pads) and operate responsibly at all times.
Product descriptions and specifications are primarily provided by manufacturers and are published in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, please note that information is subject to change without notice. This policy does not limit any remedies you may have where a product is misdescribed or faulty under UK law.
UK Use of E-Scooters
Use of private e-scooters on public roads, pavements, and cycle paths in the UK is currently restricted by law. Unless and until legislation changes, privately owned e-scooters may only be used on private land with the landowner's permission. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
- Our liability to you for any claim relating to goods purchased is limited to the price paid for those goods.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit), except where required by law.
- Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Warranty & Statutory Rights
- Products are sold "as described" based on manufacturer specifications. Manufacturer warranties (where provided) apply in addition to your statutory rights.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 include the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.
