You are welcome to visit our Twickenham shop and workshop during our opening hours. If you are travelling from further away or need a specific product, spare part or repair service, please contact us before visiting so that we can confirm availability.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, until 31 August 2026.

We aim to respond to enquiries received during opening hours as quickly as possible, usually within the same working day. Messages sent outside these hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be reviewed on the next working day.
