How to:
The FREESKY Wild Cat Ultra A-340 electric bike combines a low-step 6061 aluminium frame with a 3000W peak brushless motor, 130 Nm of torque, and a removable 48V 25Ah battery with LG cells. Its full-suspension chassis, 26 × 4-inch fat tyres and high load capacity create a substantial platform for experienced adult riders on suitable private land.
A Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, 180mm four-piston hydraulic disc brakes, colour LCD, thumb throttle, integrated directional lighting, mudguards and rear rack complete the main specification. Electric Scooters London provides UK-based product advice and after-sales support from our specialist workshop in London.
The Wild Cat Ultra A-340 uses a brushless rear hub motor that delivers up to 3000W of peak power and 130 Nm of torque. A 48V 30A controller, a speed sensor, and five pedal-assist levels manage power delivery.
The Wild Cat Ultra A-340 reaches an assisted speed of up to 37mph (60km/h) in unrestricted pedal-assist operation. A 15.5mph limited setting is also provided; however, the presence of a selectable higher-speed mode means the bike should not be assumed to qualify as an EAPC for UK public-road use.
The removable 48V 25Ah lithium-ion battery uses LG cells and stores 1200Wh of energy. Estimated pedal-assist range is 60–105 miles (96–169km) per charge under suitable conditions.
The battery can be removed for charging or storage. The UK specification lists a 2A smart charger; charging time varies with the remaining battery level, temperature and battery condition.
High-volume 26 × 4-inch fat tyres provide a broad contact patch for grip and stability on varied private-land surfaces. Their large air volume also helps absorb smaller impacts and surface vibration.
Front and rear suspension provide additional movement over rough ground. The step-through frame lowers the central top-tube area for easier mounting. The recommended rider-height range is 5ft 4 in to 6ft 8 in (163–203cm).
Front and rear four-piston hydraulic disc brakes use 180mm rotors to provide strong, progressive braking. The system is designed to manage the bike's 37.6kg weight and substantial power, but brake condition and pad wear should be checked regularly and before every ride.
A Shimano 7-speed rear derailleur and KMC chain provide mechanical gearing for pedalling across different gradients. Electrical assistance is controlled via levels 0–5, with a speed sensor and a thumb throttle providing direct access to motor power.
The colour LCD presents essential ride information. Handlebar controls operate the assistance settings and lighting, while integrated directional lights help the rider signal intended turns. Lighting aids visibility and does not alter the bike's legal classification.
The upgraded 6061 aluminium step-through frame is paired with an adjustable heavy-duty aluminium kickstand, front and rear mudguards and a rear rack. Maximum combined load is 181kg (400lb).
At 37.6kg (83lb), the Wild Cat Ultra is a heavy electric bike. Check access, storage, transport and lifting requirements before ordering, particularly where stairs or restricted spaces are involved.

Maximum assisted speed is up to 37mph (60km/h) in unrestricted pedal-assist operation under suitable conditions. Rider weight, battery charge, gradients, surface, weather and tyre pressure affect the speed achieved. UK public-use restrictions apply regardless of the selected setting.
Estimated pedal-assist range is 60–105 miles (96–169km) under suitable conditions. Higher assistance levels, throttle use, speed, hills, cold temperatures and heavier loads can reduce real-world range substantially.
Yes. The 1200Wh battery can be removed from the frame for charging or storage. Use only the supplied charger or a replacement expressly approved for this battery system.
Recommended rider height is 5ft 4in to 6ft 8in (163–203cm), with a recommended inseam of 27–35in (69–89cm). Fit also depends on body proportions and preferred riding position.
No. It does not meet the standard EAPC requirements. Its high-power system, unrestricted assisted-speed capability and throttle mean that motor-vehicle requirements may apply. Unless appropriately approved, registered, taxed and insured, it must not be used on public roads or in other public places and is limited to private land with the landowner's permission.
