Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless a different dispatch time is shown on the product page. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking details will normally be sent by email once your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on orders over £99 within the UK, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

If you bought online or by phone as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.
You may inspect a product in the same way you would in a shop. However, if the product has been used, ridden, damaged, modified, returned incomplete, returned dirty, or handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reasonable deduction may apply.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange collection where appropriate.
We do not charge restocking fees for statutory cancellation returns. However, a reasonable deduction may apply if the item has been used beyond inspection, damaged, marked, modified, returned incomplete, or returned in a condition that reduces its value.

Yes. Our standard warranty period is 6 months from the date the customer receives the product, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the product page or confirmed by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand, model, component and manufacturer terms.

We provide after-sales support, product advice, troubleshooting, diagnostics, replacement parts, repairs and servicing from our London workshop where applicable. If you need help, please get in touch with us with your order number, product model, a clear description of the issue, photos or a short video where useful, and any error codes shown on the display.
Yes. We offer diagnostics, repairs and servicing for many electric bikes and private-land e-scooters. This may include brake adjustments, tyre changes, puncture repairs, battery checks, charger checks, display/controller troubleshooting, wiring checks and general maintenance.

Yes. Electric bikes and e-scooters are vehicles and require regular inspection, servicing and maintenance, like any other vehicle. Brakes, tyres, bolts, folding mechanisms, lights, cables, batteries, chargers and moving parts should be checked regularly.
Electric bikes that comply with the Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) rules can be used like normal bicycles in the UK. This generally means the bike must have pedals, the motor must not exceed 250W continuous rated power, motor assistance must cut off at 15.5 mph / 25 km/h, and the rider must be aged 14 or over.
No. High-powered, modified, unlocked, throttle-controlled, or off-road models may not be road-legal unless they meet the required legal conditions. Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable and legal for their intended use before riding.
Privately owned e-scooters are currently not permitted for use on UK public roads, pavements, cycle lanes, parks or other public places. They may only be used on private land with the landowner's permission.
The UK has run rental e-scooter trials, and while the law may change in the future, privately owned e-scooters remain restricted to private land. Customers should always check current law before using an e-scooter.
Think about how you will use it, where you will store it, your height and weight, the riding you plan to do, battery range, motor type, tyre size, brakes, legal use and after-sales support. If you are unsure, contact us before buying, and we will help you choose a suitable model.
Advertised range is usually an estimate. Real-world range depends on rider weight, hills, wind, temperature, tyre pressure, riding mode, speed, battery age, load, Terrain, and maintenance.
