Help with your bike manual

How do I identify the correct model?

Check your order confirmation and the bike’s model label. Include any suffix such as Pro, Ultra, ST or Boost, as well as the generation number. If the manual shows an edition or display version, compare that with your bike.

How do I save a PDF to my phone or computer?

Open the download link, then use your browser’s download or save option. On a phone, this may be in the share menu. The PDFs open in a new tab and can be saved for offline use.

Can one manual cover more than one bike?

Yes. Shared manuals are labelled with the models they cover. Follow the instructions for your specific model and equipment. For the URLIFE E20, Part 1 includes English instructions; Part 2 contains Italian, Spanish and Polish sections.

What if my bike is an older model or the instructions look different?

Check the full model name and any edition shown. If your display, battery or controls differ from the instructions, contact us so we can help identify the appropriate manual. You can also ask us about models that are no longer available to buy.
