The FREESKY Warrior Pro M-530 Electric Bike is a high-power dual-motor fat tyre e-bike designed for demanding off-road and private-land use. The FREESKY Warrior Pro M-530 uses front and rear brushless hub motors, each delivering up to 2000W peak power for a combined peak output of 4000W. Each motor produces up to 120Nm of torque, providing a combined maximum of 240Nm.
Riders can select rear-wheel drive or dual-motor drive according to the required traction and battery use. A speed sensor, five pedal-assist levels, Shimano 7-speed transmission and thumb throttle provide flexible control for suitable private-land riding conditions.
The removable 48V 30Ah Samsung or LG cell lithium-ion battery provides a substantial 1440Wh energy capacity. Estimated range is approximately 60–120 miles (97–193 km) in single-motor operation and 40–60 miles (64–97 km) in dual-motor operation under suitable test conditions.
The 26 × 4.0-inch fat tyres provide a broad contact patch for traction and stability across varied private-land surfaces. Their high-volume profile also contributes to vibration absorption over loose or uneven ground.
The full-suspension system combines a lockable and adjustable hydraulic downhill front fork with rear suspension. This helps manage surface impacts and allows the front fork to be adjusted or locked according to the terrain and rider preference.
The LCD colour display presents speed, battery level, mileage, pedal-assist level and headlight status. Handlebar-mounted controls provide access to the assistance settings, motor selection and lighting functions.
A front LED headlight supports visibility in reduced-light conditions. The bike also includes a mechanical gear shifter for the Shimano 7-speed transmission.
Front and rear 180mm four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide strong braking force and progressive lever control. The braking system is supported by a durable 6061 aluminium frame, KMC chain and adjustable heavy-duty aluminium kickstand.
The electrical system is certified to UL 2849, while the rechargeable lithium-ion battery is certified to UL 2271.
The removable battery uses a key-operated locking system, allowing it to be secured to the frame or removed for charging and storage. The colour display, selectable motor modes and five pedal-assist levels provide clear control over power delivery and battery use.
The included 3A smart charger supports the 48V battery system and provides a full charge in approximately 8–10 hours. The battery can be charged while installed on the bike or removed for separate charging.
