The Pure x McLaren Black Edition Electric Scooter combines McLaren-inspired styling with Pure Electric's stability-focused engineering. The rear-wheel-drive motor provides a 500W nominal output with up to 924W maximum input power. Three riding modes provide adjustable power delivery, while the motor is designed to handle gradients of up to 19%.
A 36V 12Ah lithium-ion battery, assembled by SCUD, provides an estimated range of up to 62.4 km (38.8 miles) under optimal test conditions.
The 10-inch tubeless tyres provide grip and durability without the need for conventional inner tubes. The recommended tyre pressure is 36 psi. The scooter does not use suspension, instead relying on its tyre design, aluminium frame and forward-facing riding position for controlled handling.
The scooter uses a thumb-press accelerator and an integrated display that shows speed, riding mode, battery level, Bluetooth connection status, and maintenance information. Lighting includes a 150-lumen front light, a rear brake light and an always-on rear running light.
Visibility is supported by 180-degree handlebar indicators, rear-facing footpad indicators and front and rear reflectors.
A dual braking system combines a sealed front drum brake with a rear KERS regenerative electric brake. Pure Control™ steering stabilisation gently returns the handlebars towards the centre after turning, helping to reduce steering wobble and improve directional control.
The aluminium alloy frame carries an IP65 water-resistance rating and is equipped with reinforced mudguards and a centrally mounted kickstand.
Bluetooth connectivity allows the scooter to connect to the Pure app. The scooter can be digitally locked with a PIN code via the app and includes cruise control and an integrated bell.
