Had to wait a little longer than I would have preferred but sellers communication was clear and accurate.
Powerbank is decent. Fitted to an ADO AIR 20 Ultimate. Tested on a road route with moderate hills. On Eco 2, (and Eco 3 for the tougher hills), the bike achieved 20 miles.
A lighter rider they should achieve similar results - even using a higher power setting.
Good product.
Mostly good but has difficulty getting up the steepest city hills in Bristol.
A bit light on the front, makes the bike unstable on take off ,particularly in sport mode.

I just bought this and I love it I a very nice bike to ride and it really rides well. I use it every day for work and it is such a smooth ride
There was an issue with the delivery of my order which meant it took 3 weeks to arrive. Communication during this time could have been better and, for a time Electric Scooters of London were telling me they had it on their records as delivered, which was very worrying. When the bike eventually arrived it was well packaged and I followed an ADO video on how to set it up. The bike is great and I'm very happy with it.
Brakes are poor and the front brake sticks.

.all easy and no problems. Used for going to and from work ,I use to struggle up hills and always was tired and sweaty bu the time reached work on old bike,this new eleglide 2 was best thing I've ever ordered, male 53 Yr old..flies up hills with ease makes journeys very enjoyable. Really happy with this bike it’s my first electric one and I have been using it on my days off work as a hobby and the most I’ve done is 20 miles and there was plenty of battery left and when I was going up hills I put it on full assistance and I had no problem getting up it lovely bike and I get one for my wife when I can afford it
