Ordered a green bike, but received a black bike.
I had to send an email asking why I had received a black bike & was told green bike was out of stock. Need to be better in communication emails!

Really happy with this bike it’s my first electric one and I have been using it on my days off work as a hobby and the most I’ve done is 20 miles and there was plenty of battery left and when I was going up hills I put it on full assistance and I had no problem getting up it lovely bike and I get one for my wife when I can afford it

Love this bike but still can't find spare battery anywhere on the internet there is batteries out there but negative and positive are the other way round 4 pin ? Will be lovely to have a spare to carry

I've had this for about 2 months and I'm more than happy with it. I can't see how paying any more would deliver sufficient improvement to justify the extra - I have one minor niggle; the seat could be a bit more comfy, apart from that it's faultless. Long term reliability is another matter.

Ordered a new electric scooter, cheaper than anyone else so took a chance on them. following day received email and confirmation for delivery.
Delivery day came and was bang on time.
Scooter was massive so had to help the delivery driver to get it into house lol
All in all cheapest place I could find and very professional service. Thanks and would definitely recommend.

Got the Eleglide M2 about a fortnight ago my first e-bike and generally ride twice my usual distance on my MTB. It’s brilliant and rides really well. The 5 power levels are great and 24 gears gives plenty of gearing for all situations.I’m 5’10 and the 27.5 M2 is perfect for me.
I’m still getting the exercise because I’m travelling further and don’t get out of breath up the gradients now so go on more adventurous rides knowing I won’t be worn out when I get home.
I added full mudguards (I don’t want the stripe on my back)a rear rack, rear light and a gel seat. Just my choice of extra’s but not vital.

I have had my m2 for one year now ,still going good , battery last at least a week , brakes are good , just had front one replaced , had one puncture, not bad I guess , bike is dream to ride , i use mostly level 3 , gets me up all big hills , i had only one issue and that was no pedal assist for a few days , eleglide sent me a video of how-to clean sensor and get rid of some dirt , and all good , so would highly recommend this bike £700 from electric scooters london , the best bike ever!!...

I bought a battery from them but unfortunately I couldn't fix it on my bike.
So, I've been calling them and they were very kind and helpful with me to return the battery.
