Match the exact make and model, battery voltage, dimensions, mounting system and electrical connections. Batteries that look alike may have different wiring or communication requirements. Send us photos of the battery label, connectors and mounting points if you need help checking.

Can I replace my battery with a larger-capacity version?

Only choose a larger-capacity battery that is confirmed as compatible with your model. Capacity alone does not establish suitability: the voltage, mounting, dimensions and electrical system must also match. Extra capacity may add weight, and the range you gain depends on riding conditions.

Can I use my existing charger with a replacement battery?

Use the original charger only when it is confirmed as compatible with the replacement battery, or use the charger specified for that battery. Check the required output voltage, charging current, connector and polarity. A plug that fits is not enough to confirm compatibility.

Should I replace the battery if my bike or scooter will not charge?

A charging fault can involve the charger, charging port, wiring or battery, so diagnosis can prevent an unnecessary purchase. Contact us with the symptoms and your model details. Do not charge a battery that is swollen, damaged, leaking or unusually hot.
