Mercane Widewheel has always been the go-to electric scooter for power and torque. Thanks mainly to two 500W motors (rather than a single 1000W unit), the acceleration is significantly better than in other 1000W electric scooters. This output allows the Widewheel to climb inclines up to 40 degrees steep. Finally, it reaches a speed of 25 km/H in just under 3.5 seconds. The all-new 48V 15aH highly-efficient lithium-ion battery represents a significant step from the 2019 model. With 12% more capacity, it also features a new and improved controller, allowing the Mercane Widewheel 2020 to reach a higher top speed than the previous models (about 2-3 KM/H). Designed to last for a minimum of 500-600 charge cycles, the Widewheel 2020 battery should have a minimum lifespan of 2.5-3 years, assuming four total charges per week.

Several critical components in the new Mercane Widewheel Pro have been re-designed to improve durability. In particular, the neck, fork, and neck parts have been created from new moulds and unique, more robust metal blends. This strengthens the most damage-prone components and significantly improves the durability of the Widewheel Pro. One of the major complaints about the 2019 model of the Mercane Widewheel was the looseness in the handlebar/stem. It would become loose over time, creating wobbles and reducing stability. This problem has been entirely resolved with the new design of the Mercane Widewheel Pro 2020.

Pretty good!

Used this for last few weeks for commute to work, it's a nice smooth ride on a smooth surface, however you feel the bumps on rougher surface due to solid rubber tyres. Steering takes a little getting used to again due to wide tyres. But it's nicely made and has very good pull on an incline. My only niggle would be it could do with a clip to hold folded handle bars down, as they tend to fall open. Recommended 👍😁😎

Great scooter, haven't had much go on it because of the pandemic, but it feels nice to ride on, started with the small speed which feels, due to the punchy acceleration, now im just used to the acceleration after 2 days, just make sure you are ready for it when u first try it and hold on to the scooter properly, build quality is great, the videos and the pictures don't do it any justice at all, this thing is hugeeeee!!! in real life (even my picture doesn't do it any justice). the scooter has great suspension. I haven't however learnt how to lean to turn properly as this is the first scooter with a wide wheel. Also the customer service is great, if you have any questions about the scooter, make use of the bottom right chat, Sonny was great help when making my decision whether I want to buy the scooter or not, he has quick response time, delivery was on time. all in all great scooter and service so thank you Electric Scooter London :D

Very well built and robust scooter, very quick and easy service from electric scooters London. Only reason this isn’t a five is it isn’t as powerful as I wanted for a dual engine scooter, even with speed limiter taken of doesn’t seem to make a difference. Had the 800w kugoo and that is unbelievably faster than this and takes hills with ease. One of the reasons I purchased this double 500w scooter but it’s a bit sluggish. The throttle is a known issue but sure does make it fun. Great scooter power my only issue. Display is slightly different to all tutorial videos . Thanks team for the good service

Stylish and Powerful but!

Shipment:
I had to contact the seller to have the product shipped which delayed the expected delivery of about a week.
Unboxing:
The package was in pour, fully wrapped with tape covering the actual infographic and presented multiple cracks.
Build quality:
1. The design looks premium and the quality of the materials is good for the prise range.
2. The front disk is slightly bent and i had to release the cable to eliminate the noise while riding, however it did not remove the noise while breaking
3. The mud guards are too short and the first ride after the rain i got my back and racksack entirely wet and dirty (in understand the design but the practicability was forgotten) i temporary corrected the issue with some pvc sheet stick with double sided tape.
4. The scooter turned out to be 24.9 kgs instead of 22kgs as advertised.
Riding experience:
1. The throttle has a very short stroke which makes the scooter very hard to control with jerky ride when trying to go at low speed , also its lagging in response but i actually find out that the throttle gives signal at nearly half stroke making the already short stroke even smaller. I have ordered un upgraded throttle for an additional 75usd from another supplier as electri scooter london do not sell it., but not yet received so i can't say much.
2. It feels absolutely different from anythink else i have ever rode, when cornering on tails pavement or cracks it feels like you are foing to fell down.
3. Speed and power os great allowing me to climb hills with ease while the battery seems promising even if i haven't brought it below 47v so far.
4. The suspensions do a great job amd riding is very confortable however they are a bit to soft and because of the high unsprung mass it makes the entore scooter vibrate when passin over routher roads (not offroad).
Point for improvement:
It woul have been great to get some handle or lifting point on the back side of the scooter where the mud guard is to be able to easily take the scooter up and down of short ramp of stairs without having to fold it which is not as fast as other scooter.
The overal experiencen is woth 3 stars as to be fear i do not feel that excitement to ride it as my old segway ES2 with passed 2000km on it. It is powerful but no point if you cannot dose the power.

Mercane WW Pro 2020

I am really pleased with the service from Electric Scooters London. They were very helpful with my questions and the scooter was delivered to me in Poland within a few days. Moving up from a M365 Pro the WW Pro 2020 is a totally different beast. Really impressed with the acceleration, suspension and ride quality. The turning is somewhat different from other scooters but you soon get used to the way it handles (and no sudden sharp turns!) My only (small) gripe is with the brakes, whilst they need some fine tuning (could be the disc is slightly warped as it rubs against the pad on a certain part of the disc and adjusting means that they don't grab as well as they should) they don't seem to stop that quickly. This is probably something I will upgrade at a later date and seems to be an issue with most scooters (really they should be hydraulic brakes and have bigger discs especially with the top speed that these can reach).
