Replacement or spare ADO e-bike charger with a 42V DC, 2A output and a 5.5mm outer × 2.5mm inner barrel connector. Choose the UK or EU mains-plug option required.

Check your ADO model and charging port

This version is for ADO bikes originally supplied with the matching 42V 2A charger and 2.5 mm charging connection. 

Not compatible with ADO Air 20S 2026, Air 20 Pro 2026, Air 20 Ultra 2026 or Carbon Pro. These models require a different charger.

Ado E-Bike Charger & Attempted Battery Theft

Dear Electric Scooters London,

Still have not needed to use my new E-Bike Charger yet.

Unfortunately for myself, recently, someone tried stealing my e-bike battery from out the front of the house where it was chained behind a normal pedal Carrera Mountain Bicycle. Fortunately he/she could not also get to the battery's cable connection so the thief left the battery unattached from lower frame.

Leaving me the opportunity to fully disconnect the batter and the internal box controller for near-future full testing of all electrical components with either a cheap-priced e-bike tester or an expensive and good multimeter.

I am not fully sure if the battery's 'damaged' key barrel can be re-attached to the e-bike frame. It appears the thief used a long screw driver to dislodge the key barrel. Help.
