Delivery was very quick, bike was well packaged when it arrived, it was easy to set up, and it was everything I had hoped it would be, had no problems with the bike so far, it's perfect for my needs, so I'm very pleased with it.

I carried out a lot of research before buying this bike and was very impressed with the bike when it arrived. It was easy to put together and worked well as soon as I rode on it.
I was pleased to be able to buy this product from a shop but I was also reassured that spare parts are readily available from the manufacturer directly at sensible prices.
I did wonder if the bike quality would be there but I am really impressed and would recommend the bike to friends and family. Frankly, I don't think serious cyclists will not buy an electric bike and if you want an electric bike this does everything you need. You may want to change the saddle and peddles but both are adequate.
The only thing I am uncertain of is whether the gear ratio is the best, I felt like I needed a few more gears going down hill at 22mph.
The electric assist is excellent and helps going up hills in modes 1 and 2. With modes 3, 4 and 5 the bike takes off. I have not tested the range yet but do not expect this to be a problem for me as 25 miles is enough for me but this bike is capable of a lot more.
As an engineer I was impressed with the build quality, welds, wiring looms and design.
The bike arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. So far very pleased!

Bought this for my dad’s birthday and he’s over the moon with it. Really great bike and looks great too. Very very happy with my purchase

The Eleglide is spot on went on some review videos and they where right plenty of power to help me up hill from work comfortably really like the colour overall brilliant and have recommended it other people 👍🏻

Only had the bike a couple of weeks but so far so good. Quick delivery, easy enough to assemble. Been using it to commute to work, 5 miles each way with a couple of hills. Makes light work of going up the hills in mode 4 or 5 and I get 4 days out of the battery.

Fantastic mid range bike. Fast delivery easy to assemble. Have used this quite a lot in the last few weeks and am enjoying cycling again.

Bought 2 x bikes. Excellent price and great reviews. Assembly took a time on the first one but second was easier! Used a few times and going places I never dared before (up hills!!) the look and quality is excellent. The power is awesome! Service and speed of delivery was amazing - 3 days to deliver!

Quite easy to assemble and easy to ride. Will probably upgrade the saddle and add mudguards but very pleased with the bike. The paint finish is great !

Excellent bike and pleased with the whole process including order and delivery. E-bike is getting me back on the tracks and paths, not going back to a normal bike! Really sorts out hills and headwinds….

I wanted an electric bike but couldn't justify spending thousands. Did my research and came across the Eleglide M1 Plus. It seemed too good to be true at this price point but I thought I would take a punt. It was far better than I had imagined it would be. Quite sturdy and well made. Easy to assemble and very powerful too. Brakes could be better but I am planning on swapping out the standard cable brakes for hydraulic. A cheap and easy task. No other gripes at all and Electric Scooters delivered very quickly and, as far as I know, are the cheapest in the UK for this model. Highly recommended.

Good choice of eBikes and scooters at very competitive prices. I bought an Eleglide M1 Plus and Electric Scooters London kept me up to date on when and how it would be delivered, dispatch to Manchester was fast - delivered by specialist couriers (DX) and overall shopping here was a great experience. The bike itself is extremely durable with good quality parts and excellent battery life (achieving approximately 50 miles on a charge) and building it was very simple using the guide supplied and overall I've had over 120 miles of riding now with no issues. An excellent machine and a great ordering experience.

It broke after a few days had to pay to get it fixed to get home

Orderd the M1 plus eglide bike , very quick delivery , haven’t yet tried it out as had a hiccup putting it together , my son eventually got round to doing it but over tightened the bracket connecting the handlebar and it snapped .I Emailed the shop they were extremely helpful and got in touch with the manufacturers who are happy to send me a new part . Just awaiting delivery of that before trying out the bike
. It looks fabulous and can’t wait to try . Very good quality, looks more expensive . Service was exceptional .

Thought when I bought the bike I was buying a “cheap” e-bike however I would now change that and describe it as an “inexpensive” e-bike.
As I took it out of the box and put it together I didn’t find the obviously cheap components I expected. What I found was a bike that would hold its own among bikes costing hundreds more at a local well known bike shop.
I am happy with my purchase, I accept that it is an entry level bike compared to those costing several thousand pounds but I paid a good price for a good bike that does what I want and I’m happy to be seen on it.
What more could you ask for.

My first venture into pedal assist bikes and Eleglide m1 plus is excellent. It's a bit weighty lifting up a flight of stairs at work and the instruction manual needs a bit of work but the bike itself is perfect. I'd highly recommend this as an entry/mid level power assist bike.

It dosent reach no where close to 40km

Ordered this bike after trying a friends identical model.
Arrived in under a week all boxed and well protected inside. Very straightforward to put together and build quality is excellent.
First outing was a six mile round trip, couple of slight hills otherwise flat.
Level 2 on the flat provides an easy ride rising to 4 for the slight hill which it flew up with ease.
Very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to plenty more leisurely rides.
