The Fiido C11 City E-Bike is designed for practical everyday riding, with a comfortable step-through frame, an efficient 250W rear hub motor, and a removable battery system. Built for reliability and ease of use, the C11 combines smooth pedal assistance with commuter-friendly features including hydraulic brakes, integrated lighting and a rear cargo rack.
With UL 2849 electrical safety certification, the Fiido C11 meets recognised safety standards for electric bicycle electrical systems, providing additional peace of mind when charging and riding.
The efficient 250W brushless rear hub motor delivers smooth pedal assistance up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph). Five levels of pedal assist allow riders to adjust support depending on Terrain and effort level.
The C11 features a removable 36V 13.8Ah lithium-ion battery (≈499Wh) mounted within the frame. Under ideal conditions, riders can achieve an estimated range of up to 90 km on a single charge.
The C11 uses 700c city tyres designed for smooth, efficient rolling on paved surfaces. A front suspension fork helps absorb road vibrations and improves comfort when riding over uneven streets.
A clear LCD shows speed, battery level and assist settings. The bike includes integrated front and rear lights to improve visibility during early morning or evening rides.
The C11 is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes to provide strong and consistent stopping power in varying weather conditions. The aluminium step-through frame improves accessibility and riding stability.
The removable battery allows convenient indoor charging and secure storage. The bike is also compatible with the Fiido mobile app for ride data and system monitoring.
Typical charging time is approximately 5–6 hours using the supplied charger.
