The FREESKY Ranger Air M-540 Electric Bike is a high-power step-through fat-tyre electric bike designed for private-land performance, strong traction, and long-range capability. Featuring front and rear brushless hub motors with a combined 3500W peak output, 200Nm total torque and switchable rear-wheel or dual-motor drive modes, it delivers powerful, controlled assistance across demanding private-land Terrain.
Built around an upgraded 6061 aluminium step-through frame, the Ranger Air M-540 combines a 48V 25Ah lithium battery, front and rear suspension, 26 x 4.0-inch fat tyres, Shimano 7-speed gearing, a thumb throttle, an NFC colour display, and 180mm 4-piston hydraulic brakes for strength, comfort, and confident control.
The Ranger Air M-540 uses dual 1750W peak brushless hub motors, giving a combined 3500W peak output. Each motor delivers up to 100 Nm of torque, providing 200 Nm of total torque for strong climbing support, improved traction, and stable power delivery on private land.
A speed sensor, 0–5 pedal-assist levels, Shimano 7-speed transmission, and thumb throttle provide flexible control across varied private-land riding conditions.
The 48V 25Ah lithium battery provides a large-capacity power system for extended riding sessions. Manufacturer range estimates are approximately 96–152 km in single-motor mode and approximately 64–96 km in dual-motor mode under suitable conditions.
The 26 x 4.0-inch fat tyres provide a wide contact patch for grip, cushioning, and stability across varied private land surfaces. The front and rear suspension systems, including a full-suspension downhill front fork and rear suspension, help reduce vibration and improve comfort over uneven ground.
The upgraded LCD colour display shows key ride data including speed, battery level, mileage and riding mode. The display includes NFC lock/start functionality for quick, secure operation, while the front light supports visibility during use.
The FREESKY Ranger Air M-540 is equipped with 180mm 4-piston hydraulic brakes for strong stopping power and controlled braking modulation. The upgraded 6061 aluminium frame, KMC chain, adjustable heavy-duty aluminium kickstand and reinforced component set support long-term durability.
The bike is UL2849 certified, and the battery system is tested to meet UL-2271 safety requirements.
The NFC colour display enables quick lock and startup functionality. The removable battery design supports convenient charging and secure storage away from the bike, while the low-step frame improves accessibility compared with traditional high-step fat tyre frames.
The included 3A smart charger supports the 48V battery system and charges the battery in approximately 8 hours. A power cable is included.
