The HITWAY BK2 is a compact, lightweight folding electric bike designed for urban commuting, city transport and daily rides. With a 250W rear hub motor, a 36V 7.8Ah removable lithium-ion battery, and 16-inch wheels, it offers a practical mix of portability, range, and comfort for everyday use.
The rear-mounted 250W brushless motor provides smooth pedal assistance up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph), in line with typical UK/EU e-bike regulations. It delivers enough support for commuting, school runs and general city journeys while keeping the ride natural and controlled.
The integrated 36V 7.8Ah lithium-ion battery gives an estimated 35–70 km of range per charge, depending on Terrain, rider weight, temperature, and assist level. The battery is fully removable, so you can charge it conveniently at home or at the office.
The 16-inch pneumatic tyres keep the bike compact and agile in tight urban spaces, while the front suspension fork helps smooth out rough surfaces, speed bumps and uneven paths for a more comfortable city commute.
Built around a magnesium-alloy folding frame, the HITWAY BK2 weighs around 22–23 kg. It folds down quickly for storage in small flats, car boots or under desks, making it an excellent choice for multi-modal travel and limited storage environments.
Front and rear mechanical disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in busy city traffic. Integrated front lighting improves visibility in lower light conditions, supporting safer early-morning and evening commutes.
